Delivery Methods
Our products are delivered using the following options:

Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS):

For smaller items, delivered directly to your specified address.

Flat Rate Home Delivery:

Includes our Premium White Glove service for most furniture and larger items. This service provides unpacking, placement in your home, and full assembly (exclusions apply).

Doorstep Delivery is available at a reduced flat rate for select items. This service does not include assembly or placement inside your home. Items will be left at a secure location, such as a lobby or concierge desk, for multi-unit buildings.
Shipping Timelines

Standard Parcel Shipping:

Arrives within 4-5 business days.

Items sent directly from suppliers or personalized items may take longer.

Next-Day Shipping:

Available for an additional $26 per address. Orders placed by 4 PM MT Monday through Friday will arrive the next business day. Orders placed after this time will be delivered within two business days.

Flat Rate Delivery Timing:

White Glove Delivery: Items are delivered by appointment, typically within 7-10 business days for metropolitan areas and up to 4 weeks for outlying regions. Backordered items ship once in stock.

Items requiring crating or special packing may require extra processing time before shipping.
Delivery Fees
Shipping and processing fees cover handling, packing, and delivery. Fees are calculated based on the order total and delivery method:
