Exchange Policy
The Collective Santa Fe LTD allows returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery/acceptance for a store credit for the merchandise value. Returns must include an original or gift receipt.

Custom-designed furniture and other made-to-order items are non-returnable. Please review our full list of ineligible items below before initiating a return. Ensure all measurements and installation requirements are confirmed prior to placing your order.

Inspection Upon Delivery
We recommend inspecting all items upon delivery. Notify us immediately of any damaged, incomplete, or inaccurate shipments for a resolution or store credit.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original packaging and condition.

  • Installation hardware must be included.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.

Ineligible Items

  • Items without a receipt.

  • Gift cards.

  • Custom or made-to-order items, including lighting and furnishings.

  • Final sale items.

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Store Credit Policy

  • Returns with an original receipt will be issued as store credit.

  • Returns with a gift receipt will be issued as store credit.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable. Returns with an original or gift receipt will only be issued as store credit.
